Ce couvercle doit \u00eatre suffisamment r\u00e9sistant pour contenir une boisson sous pression tout en \u00e9tant facile \u00e0 ouvrir. C\u2019est pourquoi les couvercles modernes \u00e0 ouverture facile sont fabriqu\u00e9s par estampage d\u2019un alliage d\u2019aluminium haute r\u00e9sistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En pratique, les fonds sont fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir d&#039;un alliage de la s\u00e9rie 5xxx (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 5182) contenant environ 4 \u00e0 51 % de magn\u00e9sium TP5T. Cet alliage \u00e0 haute teneur en magn\u00e9sium (\u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat H48) est plus dur et plus r\u00e9sistant que le m\u00e9tal du corps, ce qui conf\u00e8re au couvercle plat une \u00e9paisseur et une rigidit\u00e9 accrues. Les variations de la teneur en magn\u00e9sium influent directement sur la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 du marquage et de la force d&#039;\u00e9clatement.\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>(Les languettes sont fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir d&#039;une bande d&#039;aluminium plus \u00e9troite, souvent en alliage 5042 \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat H18, aliment\u00e9e s\u00e9par\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tape de formation de la languette.) D\u00e9roulage et lubrification de la bobine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une grande bobine d&#039;aluminium est plac\u00e9e sur un d\u00e9rouleur et la feuille est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e sur la ligne de production. Une fine pellicule d&#039;huile alimentaire est appliqu\u00e9e sur la bande pour faciliter le formage. Moulage et bouclage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La bande lubrifi\u00e9e p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans une presse \u00e0 d\u00e9couper les fonds de bo\u00eetes. En une seule op\u00e9ration \u00e0 grande vitesse, des milliers de disques sont d\u00e9coup\u00e9s dans la feuille. Simultan\u00e9ment, une rouleuse forme le rebord ext\u00e9rieur\u00a0: elle enroule le bord de chaque disque pour lui donner une forme pr\u00e9cise. La tol\u00e9rance typique pour le diam\u00e8tre de la boucle est de \u00b10,05 mm.\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Application du compos\u00e9 de rev\u00eatement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les coquilles d&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 nouvellement form\u00e9es ont maintenant une forme de coupelle peu profonde avec un bord repli\u00e9. Elles passent dans une machine de scellage qui injecte un tr\u00e8s fin cordon de compos\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du repli. Inspection de la qualit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le rev\u00eatement, les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s sont inspect\u00e9es par des syst\u00e8mes de vision automatis\u00e9s (r\u00e9f\u00e9rence 100%). Des cam\u00e9ras haute vitesse ou des capteurs de lumi\u00e8re scannent chaque couvercle afin de d\u00e9tecter tout d\u00e9faut (rayures, bosses, exc\u00e8s de compos\u00e9, etc.). Fixation du marquage et de l&#039;onglet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vient ensuite la presse de conversion, qui transforme une simple coque en un couvercle fonctionnel \u00e0 ouverture facile. On commence par embosser le panneau central avec des bourrelets de renfort. Puis, un outil en carbure tremp\u00e9 grave le couvercle en forme de V tronqu\u00e9. Test d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois la languette fix\u00e9e, chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 est soumise \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. Les couvercles sont maintenus sous pression ou examin\u00e9s sous une lampe fluorescente dans une unit\u00e9 d&#039;inspection sp\u00e9ciale. Toute extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sentant des fissures ou des piq\u00fbres est rejet\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Emballage final<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s finies sont compt\u00e9es et empil\u00e9es en \u201c b\u00e2tonnets \u201d standard (par exemple, 250 par b\u00e2tonnet).
