A tampa da lata deve ser resistente o suficiente para conter a press\u00e3o da bebida, mas tamb\u00e9m f\u00e1cil de abrir. Para isso, as tampas de lata modernas de f\u00e1cil abertura s\u00e3o estampadas a partir de uma liga de alum\u00ednio de alta resist\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mat\u00e9rias-primas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na pr\u00e1tica, as tampas utilizam uma liga da s\u00e9rie 5xxx (tipicamente 5182) que cont\u00e9m cerca de 4\u20135% de magn\u00e9sio. Essa liga com alto teor de magn\u00e9sio (na t\u00eampera H48) \u00e9 mais dura e resistente que o metal do corpo, tornando a tampa plana mais espessa e r\u00edgida. Desenrolamento e lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o da bobina<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma grande bobina de alum\u00ednio \u00e9 colocada em um desenrolador e a chapa \u00e9 desenrolada na linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Uma fina camada de \u00f3leo de qualidade alimentar \u00e9 aplicada na tira para facilitar a conforma\u00e7\u00e3o. Enrolamento e Curvatura<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A tira lubrificada entra em uma prensa que corta e molda as tampas das latas. Em um \u00fanico movimento de alta velocidade, milhares de discos circulares s\u00e3o estampados da chapa. Simultaneamente, uma m\u00e1quina de enrolar forma a aba externa: ela enrola a borda de cada disco, criando uma curvatura precisa. Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do composto de revestimento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As extremidades rec\u00e9m-formadas apresentam agora um formato de copo raso com uma borda curvada. Elas passam por uma m\u00e1quina de revestimento (selagem), que injeta um cord\u00e3o muito fino de composto de veda\u00e7\u00e3o no interior da curvatura. C\u00e2meras de alta velocidade ou sensores de luz escaneiam cada tampa para detectar quaisquer defeitos (arranh\u00f5es, amassados, excesso de composto, etc.). Qualquer extremidade com rachaduras ou furos \u00e9 rejeitada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Embalagem final<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As extremidades acabadas s\u00e3o contadas e empilhadas em &quot;palitos&quot; padr\u00e3o (por exemplo, 250 por palito).
