Our aluminum bottles with plastic ROPP caps are compatible with standard filling equipment. Aluminum caps may require a specialized capping machine. We can recommend filling plants in your country.
Are your aluminum bottles food-safe?
Yes, our bottles meet U.S. FDA and European LFGB food-grade standards. With 25 years of experience, we ensure safe inner coatings tailored to your beverage products.
How good is the seal on your aluminum bottles?
Our bottles are 100% leak-proof, tested for cap and vacuum seal integrity, as well as torque for opening. For carbonated drinks, they withstand pressures up to 4–5 bar (0.4–0.5 MPa), ensuring no leaks during transport or high temperatures.
Can your aluminum bottles be sterilized at high temperatures?
Our bottles can handle heat sterilization below 100°C, including pasteurization, hot filling, or spray sterilization. They are not suitable for high-pressure sterilization above 100°C.
Your minimum order is 20,000 bottles. Can we provide multiple designs?
The 20,000 bottle MOQ applies to one bottle type and one design. No printing plate fees are charged for offset printing.
Can your bottle caps be printed?
Yes, we offer CMYK 4-color printing on caps with a minimum order of 50,000.
Can you customize the shape of your aluminum bottles?
Yes, our in-house mold workshop can create custom shapes. Mold costs apply but may be refunded once your order reaches a specified quantity.

How thick are your aluminum bottles? Do they dent easily?
With a wall thickness of 0.35–0.55 mm, our bottles are sturdy and resist denting during transport or use, unlike thinner aluminum bottles (around 0.2 mm).
What’s the difference between your aluminum ROPP caps and plastic caps?
Plastic ROPP caps offer better sealing and reusability but are less eco-friendly. Aluminum ROPP caps are fully recyclable with the bottle but non-reusable. Plastic caps work with standard filling lines, while aluminum caps may require specialized equipment.
Will your aluminum bottles rust in humid conditions?
No, our aluminum bottles are highly resistant to rust and corrosion, even in humid environments, due to aluminum’s natural protective oxide layer.
