Can I use my existing equipment to fill your aluminum bottles?
If you choose our aluminum bottles with plastic ROPP caps, they should work with your current equipment. However, if you opt for aluminum caps, you may need a special capping machine. We can also recommend filling plants in your country.
Are your aluminum bottles food-safe?
Yes, absolutely. Our bottles pass food-grade tests from the U.S. FDA and European LFGB. With 25 years of experience, we know how to make bottles safe for beverages and ensure the inner coating works well with your product.
How good is the seal on your aluminum bottles?
Our bottles are 100% leak-proof. We test the caps and vacuum seal during production, as well as the torque needed to open them. For carbonated drinks, we perform pressure tests up to 4-5 bar (0.4-0.5 MPa). They won’t leak, even during transport or in high temperatures.
Can your aluminum bottles be sterilized at high temperatures?
High-alcohol products usually don’t need sterilization. If you require heat sterilization, our bottles can handle temperatures below 100°C, including pasteurization, hot filling, or spray sterilization. They cannot withstand high-pressure sterilization above 100°C.
Your minimum order is 20,000 bottles. Can we provide multiple designs?
The 20,000-bottle minimum is for one bottle type and one design. We don’t charge a printing plate fee for aluminum bottle offset printing.
Can your bottle caps be printed?
Yes, we offer CMYK 4-color printing on caps, but the minimum order for printed caps is 50,000.
Can you customize the shape of your aluminum bottles?
Yes, we have our own mold workshop and can create custom bottle shapes. You’ll need to cover the mold cost, but it can be refunded once your total order reaches a certain quantity.
What is an aluminum ROPP cap?
An aluminum ROPP (Roll-On Pilfer-Proof) cap is a metal cap that seals tightly by rolling onto the bottle’s neck. Once opened, it cannot be resealed as it was, providing tamper-proof protection. It’s commonly used for alcohol, pharmaceuticals, and food packaging.
Can your aluminum bottles hold strong spirits?
Yes, our bottles have an inner coating that can safely hold spirits up to 52% alcohol.
How thick are your aluminum bottles? Do they dent easily?
Our bottles have a wall thickness of 0.35–0.55 mm, making them sturdy and resistant to damage during transport or use. Unlike thinner bottles (around 0.2 mm), ours don’t dent easily and don’t require nitrogen or other gases to maintain internal pressure during filling.
What’s the difference between your aluminum ROPP caps and plastic caps?
Plastic ROPP caps offer slightly better sealing and can be reused, but they’re less eco-friendly. Aluminum ROPP caps are not reusable but can be fully recycled with the bottle. Plastic caps work with standard filling lines, while aluminum caps may require a specialized capping machine.
Will your aluminum bottles rust in humid conditions?
No, our aluminum bottles are highly resistant to rust and corrosion, even in humid environments. Aluminum naturally forms a protective layer that prevents rust, ensuring long-lasting durability.
